
Steak With Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
1 head iceberg lettuce
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced
For the dressing:
¼ cup crumbled Statesboro Blue Cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon milk (to thin, optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix sour cream and Statesboro Blue Cheese. Add a splash of milk to thin if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut iceberg into 4 wedges.
Place wedges on plates. Spoon the blue cheese dressing over each. Top with bacon, tomatoes, and red onion.
Serve immediately.
