Steak With Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced

    For the dressing:

  • ¼ cup crumbled Statesboro Blue Cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon milk (to thin, optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and Statesboro Blue Cheese. Add a splash of milk to thin if needed. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cut iceberg into 4 wedges.

  3. Place wedges on plates. Spoon the blue cheese dressing over each. Top with bacon, tomatoes, and red onion.

  4. Serve immediately.
